User Agreements
You must provide accurate registration information, protect account credentials, and ensure that authorized teammates comply with these terms.
Access is granted for institutional decision-making, research, and newsroom operations. Commercial resale or white-labeling requires a separate license agreement.
Intellectual Property
Labeeb retains ownership of platform code, research outputs, data pipelines, and documentation. All trademarks, logos, and service marks are proprietary to Labeeb or our licensors.
We respect source publishers. When redistributing insights, you must preserve citations, attribution, and licensing information provided by the platform.
Acceptable Use
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract datasets at scale, nor may you use the platform to generate harmful or discriminatory narratives.
Automated access must respect documented rate limits. Security research should be coordinated through our responsible disclosure program.
Accounts and Access
Administrators are responsible for managing seats, enforcing multi-factor authentication, and revoking access for departing team members.
If you suspect unauthorized access or credential compromise you must notify Labeeb within 24 hours so containment measures can be taken.
Termination and Updates
We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, abusive conduct, or legal requirements. You may terminate at any time by closing your organization account.
Labeeb may update these terms to reflect product or regulatory changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
